Krave Hair’s policy respects and protects the privacy of our users. All personal information collected on this site is kept strictly confidential and not sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned to third parties. Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. All information is private.
Return Policy
Problem with your order? No Worries! Krave must be notified within 3 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the return. All refunds are subject to 10% restocking fee. Once you receive your hair, please be sure to check your package to ensure that you have received the correct texture, quantity and color, prior to using the hair. If you open the hair and untie the band we can no longer accept the hair for a refund. Also, if the hair has been manipulated in any way, meaning cut/styled/washed/combed etc, then it can no longer be accepted for a refund. However, if you believe that you received the wrong hair or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the hair, please let us know ASAP. We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects. We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Krave Hair and is null and void of guarantee. Krave Hair is not responsible for any costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.
If you choose to return order for any other reason we would accommodate your refund request, however you will accrue 10% restock fee. Tags cannot be removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. You must email us to get an approval for your return and also obtain a return authorization number within 3 days from receipt of your package.
